Our conditions of service and attention to delivery and/or distribution do not extend to third party publishers or vendors. Please be aware that the conditions of product delivery, returns, and refunds are dictated by these third-party vendors alone and all problems should be addressed directly to them.

If you are looking to buy something directly from our website checkout system then the following applies to you:
All purchasable content from the Horrorscope are sold as is, as described and pictured, with any provided PLEASE NOTE information attached.
- For certain Personal Reports & Charts we may require email confirmation of the personal information provided during the checkout process. Products that have this requirement will say so on their product page.
- If any information appears incomplete on Report & Chart purchases that do not have this requirement, we will contact you via email and your order will not be processed until we are certain the information is correct.
- If your purchased report has not been made available to you after the maximum waiting time specified on the product page, something is wrong... please let us know. The longer you wait to inform us of potential problems, the longer it will take for us to resolve it. Please be aware that we have a policy of 30 ( thirty ) days for reporting such problems, and if you wait and contact us after that 30 ( thirty ) days has expired, your purchase will become void and non-refundable. This applies to online Personal Reports & Charts only.
- Personal Reports & Charts, Ebooks and other assorted products distributed online via digital transmission are not eligible for refunds once our records indicate that you have been given download access.
- No refund will be issued for incorrectly reading/understanding the nature of a purchased product.
- It is entirely possible a typo or a glitch has found its way into a product page/description/price... if such an error has occurred, our policy is to fix it and abide by the correct information/price intended. Any completed purchases based on such errors will not be honoured, and you will receive a full refund so that you are able to decide whether you would like to re-purchase the corrected item ( that's right, we don't try to force you into store credit because of an error.. that would be greasy ).
- All products delivered via traditional, physical postage will be insured and should the item be lost and/or damaged in transit, please let us know as soon as possible and we will have our delivery service initiate an investigation. Upon completion of said investigation a replacement item will be sent out if possible, or a refund provided in place of unique, limited, and sold out products.
- Should you report an item lost or damaged via the physical delivery method and your report is beyond our standard time limit of response, the window of investigation will close for us and we will not be able to provide you with a replacement/refund.
- False claims will not be refunded, replaced or tolerated.
We are not accountable for the potentially illegal and/or dissident ramifications our saleable products and/or free content may have to your personal circumstance. You are required by your own national laws to be aware of what can be legally imported into your country by physical delivery or digital transmission. If you live under a regime with an eager censorship policy, please be aware that no refunds will be issued for goods siezed by the state.
